The classicist castle Ommerstein dates from the 18th century and has a history dating back even to the 13th century. Between 1999 and 2007 the castle was completely renovated and equipped with all contemporary luxuries and finished with the highest quality materials. Finishing
The castle is surrounded by an exceptional park of 11.5 ha with large water features and ancient trees. This park was laid out in 1810 by a renowned garden architect with a large variety of unique tree species, some of which are the oldest specimens of their kind in Belgium.
